Pricing
Outsource the grind. Focus on growth.

Simple to start. Built to scale with the partnership.

Start with a fixed-price cleanup to get a client's books tax-ready, move to predictable fixed-fee monthly bookkeeping, and — once your firm trusts the process — scale into a dedicated capacity model. Every stage is optional; none of it requires a long-term commitment.

雇うより組む

A junior US hire costs more than it looks like.

The obvious alternative to a partnership is hiring — so it's worth putting the two side by side honestly.

What it costs, and why.

Every stage here is optional, and none of it is a headcount commitment. You pay for the file we actually touch — a fixed project fee for a cleanup, a fixed monthly fee after that. Nothing idle, nothing hourly.

One-time · priced per file

Cleanup — a one-time project fee

Priced by how far behind the file is and how complex the business. Every cleanup starts with a free review, so the fee is fixed before work begins — not an hourly meter that runs until someone stops it.

Light catch-up
$300–$500one-time

1–3 months behind. Categorization errors fixed, 1–2 accounts reconciled, undeposited funds cleared, clean statements produced.

Moderate cleanup
$500–$800+one-time

4–9 months behind. Duplicate entries corrected, A/R and A/P discrepancies resolved, opening balances adjusted, missing deductions tracked down.

Severe overhaul
$1,000–$8,000+one-time

12+ months behind, or genuinely complex. Full historical reconstruction, multi-entity or e-commerce reconciliation, the file prepared for real tax review.

Recurring · billed monthly

Monthly — a fixed fee per client

Once a file is current, it moves onto a flat monthly fee sized to that client's volume.

Basic
$120–$200/ mo

Up to 100 transactions a month, 1–2 bank or card accounts.

Typical client bill: $400–$600
Standard
$240–$400/ mo

100–300 transactions, 3–4 accounts, basic A/P and A/R, monthly reconciliation.

Typical client bill: $800–$1,200
Complex
$480–$720+/ mo

300+ transactions, e-commerce or inventory, multiple entities, class tracking.

Custom · scoped by volume

Dedicated — capacity held for one firm

For firms with enough volume that per-client pricing stops making sense. A bookkeeper, or half of one, reserved for your firm alone.

Dedicated capacity
Customscoped by volume

Not a rate card — priced against your actual volume once your firm is ready to hold capacity instead of buying it file by file.

Reach out and we’ll scope it together

Once a cleanup closes, the client moves directly onto the matching monthly plan — no re-onboarding, no second sales conversation.

Free initial file review

We provide a free diagnostic review of the QBO file to give you a firm, fixed-price quote. No hourly meters, no surprises.

Seamless transition

Once the cleanup is complete and the file is tax-ready, we seamlessly transition the client into one of our predictable fixed-fee monthly bookkeeping packages.
