Kinshiro LLP provides bookkeeping and back-office support to US-based CPA firms, under terms agreed separately for each engagement. Scope, pricing, and deliverables are set in that engagement letter, not on this page.
Accurate access to the accounting platform and source documents, and a review of deliverables before they're relied on for filing or advisory purposes.
Every engagement — including a pilot cleanup — is covered by a mutual NDA, signed before any file, credential, or export changes hands.
Cleanup work is billed as a fixed project fee, quoted after a free file review. Monthly bookkeeping is billed as a fixed fee sized to volume. Dedicated capacity is scoped and billed individually. See Pricing for current figures.
Kinshiro performs bookkeeping and reconciliation. We do not provide tax, legal, or audit opinions, and we are not a staffing agency or a fractional CFO practice. Final review and sign-off on any filing or advisory decision stays with the partner CPA firm.
